What this site collects

This website does not ask for health information. Health details are discussed privately during your consultation and care, not through site forms.

Booking

Consultations are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, contact details, and short answers to booking questions such as your due date and ZIP code. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that information.

Contact form and email

If you send a message or email, Baby's Best Start receives what you share: your name, email, optional phone number, ZIP code, due date, the services you are interested in, and how you heard about the practice. It is kept in a private client system and used only to reply to you and support your care. Please leave medical details for your consultation.

Free guides

To unlock a free guide, you share your first name, email, and optionally your due date. This is received by Baby's Best Start through the website's form system and used to understand which resources are helpful. If you check the box to hear from Catrice, you may also receive occasional notes about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and you can unsubscribe anytime. Your browser remembers that you unlocked the guides, and any checklist boxes you tick are saved only on your own device.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are helpful, for example how many people open the FAQ or start a booking. It does not identify you personally.

Sharing

Your information is never sold. It is shared only with the services named above, or when required by law.
