Accessibility Statement

Every family should be able to read this site, find answers, and book care, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our standard

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What that looks like

• Body text at 18px or larger, with color contrast checked against AA ratios
• Full keyboard access, a skip link, and visible focus outlines
• Buttons and links at least 48px tall for easy tapping
• Descriptive alt text on images
• Motion turned off when your device asks for reduced motion
